so i've been working on creating my own interpretations and designs of props and environments from the Garth Nix trilogy 'Abhorsen'. really awesome books that basically deal with zombies in a medieval era and a believable magic concept, i highly recommend them. here's my first design:
the Abhorsen is a necromancer on the side of the living that wields these 7 powerfully magical bells to fight the risen dead. when rung, each have a different effect on the entity its chime is directed towards.
like i said; really great books. go read them.

ReplyDeleteI've read the books Sabriel, Lirael and Abhorsen and I was drawn into the world, I love these and it's good to renew my memory of the books.
